Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Your event ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE, but fully transferable to another person if you can no longer attend. Tickets are transferable until December 1st. No exceptions will be made beyond that date.

Q: What if I can’t be there live for all 3 days? Will the event be recorded?
A: Yes, but the replay is only available to those who upgrade to the VIP All-Access Pass.

Q: How do I receive an Event Bundle?
